The type NCT is a spiral casing submersible pump with shaft seal according to the principle of the two-pipe pump, i. separate shaft guide tube and pressure tube.
The hydraulic pump part is arranged in the container or in the pumped medium.
The connection is made by a multi-level shaft and pipe string.
The bearings of the pump and drive shafts are in plain bearings. The upper drive shaft is fixed by a grease-lubricated double-sided angular contact ball bearing.
This allows diving depths of up to 6m.
In addition to the standard version, the following special constructions are available:
- Category 1 version for use in Zone 0 according to the explosion protection directive
- Cantilever version without plain bearing
