The Type NCR is a single-stage volute casing pump in process design according to API 610, design OH2, with axial suction port and axial center, vertically upward pointing pressure port.
The volute casing has sturdy cast-on supports for a center-axle suspension as well as a welded and flanged emptying.
The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief bores, while the radial and split rings are standard on the intake and delivery side.
Sealing to the atmosphere is carried out by profiled metal-to-metal seals.
The pump shaft is mounted in a cylindrical roller bearing and an angular contact ball bearing pair in back-to-back design. Replaceable bearing seals are arranged on both sides.
The seal chamber is designed so that mechanical seals according to API 682 can be installed.
