Type NKX is a standard pump according to EN 733 for thermal oil applications.
The sizes deviating from the characteristic field and the requirements of the operator are adapted and are graduated in such a way that the best possible efficiency is achieved.
This pump is a single-stage, single-flow volute casing pump in a lightweight design, with axial suction port and centered, vertically upward pointing discharge port.
The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief bores.
The bearing of the pump shaft takes place on the impeller side in a SiC plain bearing and on the drive side in a permanently grease lubricated roller bearing.
The patented cooling and degassing system ensures constant ventilation of the mechanical seal chamber. External intervention is not required.
This pump is self-venting.
This additional cooling allows operation of this pump up to 3500 min-1.
A rolling bearing temperature of 100°C is never exceeded even under these extreme load conditions.
